Seniors

Members of the Senior section of the club play on Sundays between 10am and about 3pm.

This is the period when it is best for potential new members to come to the club, as the captains are usually present, and can assess their playing standard.

We enter a two pair mixed team in this winter competition.

Saturday 17^th April match report

Yes, the veterans have won a match, leaving the only win until the very last match of the season.

The match was played on a gloriously sunny, still and quiet (no Aircraft flying!) day.

Our team comprised: Eddie, Jane, Lewin and Marian.

This was Eddie’s first veterans match and after a shaky start, he came through with Lewin to take the first two sets. He then went on to win the following two sets with Jane.
